Another company that has been supporting the Air Ambulance almost since it started is Anglian will Hire Thanks to Anglian, for the last couple of years our fundraisers have had three vans from the company - sign-written with the air ambulance logo to help boost the profile around the region. One of our first corporate sponsors was Goff Petroleum, who offered support about a year ago. The oil distribution division of George J Goff Ltd has been delivering fuel oil to customers in East Anglia for more than 50 years. More recently the distribution network has grown rapidly and the company now delivers as far as Kent and Sussex. The company offered to fund half the fuel costs for the helicopter for a year.

Intona Imaging, a laser printer cartridge recycling company based in Cromer will collect printer cartridges from local firms without charge and recycle them. For every one that is suitable Intona makes a donation to support Anglia One, which can be anything between 50p and £5 - depending on the make and model. If every firm in East Anglia recycled just a couple of toner cartridges a month through this initiative it will make a significant contribution to keep Anglia One flying. Club chairman, David Sheepshanks, on August 24th the club announced the support it will be giving the charity through various means including a cash contribution and offers in kind for tickets, signed ball, shirt, pennant and other goodies which can be auctioned at fundraising events.
Insurance company Marsh employs some 800 people in Norwich and has selected Anglia One as its charity of the year. One of its major fundraising activities will be offering parking for Christmas shoppers in the city in the weeks leading up to the festive season. Si Consultants are a computer consultancy firm who recently finished installing the Charity's hardware and software computer systems. This has enabled simpler communication and less duplication of efforts, helping staff to be more efficient and professional. The hardware was provided at charity discount level and the installation at very little cost. They are now providing remote technical support for a special rate.
Scotia UK plc manufacture video eqijpment used for clinical training for doctors, dentists and paramedics. They are generously donating £25 to the East Anglian Air Ambulance for every smots box sold.
When law firm Steeles heard that the paramedics needed new flying suits the company offered to buy them. Its 2 year deal with the charity is the largest in the firm's history. The company will be making regular donations and organising fund-raising events.
