The East Anglian Air Ambulance Runway Run takes place at Tibenham Airfield near Diss on Sunday 25th September.  Registration is from 2pm with the race starting at 4pm.  Entertainment and refreshments will also be available.

This year for the first time we will be holding a 10k run as well as a 5k run.

Anyone is welcome to take part - the flat runway of the airfield is ideal for running a fast time.  Fun runners in fancy dress, joggers and walkers are also encouraged.

Every participant will receive a goody bag including a medal and certificate.  There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place as well as a prize for the best fancy dress and the runner who raises the most sponsorship.

 All adults who raise more than £25 in sponsorship will be included in a prize draw and could win a one year membership donated by Esporta Norfolk Health and Racquets club.

The entry fee covers the cost of putting on the race and must be sent with your application form.  Please raise sponsorship for the EAAA by setting up an online sponsorship form here.

Special thanks are due to Tibenham Airfield and Norfolk Gliding Club who have once again made this event possible.    We will be honouring the 31 lost aircraft of the Kassel Mission with a balloon race before the event starts.
